Nameko/Bouqet Mushroom

This mushroom grows in bunches. Has long stems with a small 1 to 2 cm top at the end. The top contains a slightly sticky coating which goes away during preparation. Crunchy mushroom that is slightly similar in taste to the cashew nut.
