Eryngii/King oyster mushroom
The king among oyster mushrooms has a special flavour, namely umami. A little spicy, nutty and meaty in structure, making it a good meat substitute. Grows in bunches, with a velvety grey top on a white stem and is full of healthy vitamins.

Preferably store this king oyster mushroom in the refrigerator between 4 and 7 degrees. Then shelf life up to 7 days.
The king oyster mushroom is a very pure product and does not need to be cleaned. If necessary, lightly brush off before use.
