Storagechampi

Preferably store beech mushrooms with soil in the refrigerator. They can be kept for a few days. The stems are also edible.

Cleaningchampi

Gently clean beech mushrooms by cutting them off from the bunch. The stems are also edible, so only remove the soil. If necessary, clean with a brush or a piece of kitchen paper. Do not clean the beech mushroom under running water or by leaving it in water. They retain water and that leads to a loss of flavour.
